Right now, Black voices are largely shut out of critical economic debates like tax reform—while the system keeps benefiting wealthy taxpayers and powerful corporations. Color Of Change is pushing for a fairer system that keeps more money in Black households and invests in stronger, more equitable communities.

Color Of Change is working to close the racial wealth gap by challenging unfair tax policies and corporate exploitation—while also pushing for tax reforms that reflect the real lives, experiences, and financial realities of Black communities. Too often, companies like big tax preparers profit off Black communities, while government policies fail to help Black families hold onto their hard-earned money. We’re working to change that—fighting for benefits that truly support Black households, help Black families keep more of their money, and protect communities from predatory corporate practices.
